Adding Assembly Gallery Locations

Available in InstallShield Universal Premier Only

There is no limit to the number of Assembly Gallery locations you can add. Keep in mind, however, that the Assemblies view will always display all of the assemblies in all of these locations.

Instructions for adding locations to the Assembly Gallery are provided below.

Procedures

To add an Assembly Gallery location:

  1. In the Universal interface, select Tools | Options. The Options dialog box opens.
  2. Select Gallery Path, and a list of the current Assembly Gallery locations displays.
  3. Click Add, and an Open dialog box opens to your home directory.
  4. Either type the location in the File name text box, or click Browse and browse to the location you want to add to the Assembly Gallery.
  5. Click Open. The new location is added to the top of the list of Assembly Gallery locations.
  6. Click OK.
