Before a product is installed, checks can be performed by the Product Service to help ensure that an installation will succeed before it is attempted.
The available types of installation checks are as follows:
The Install Check and Update Check dialogs are used to explicitly execute installation checks for the product to be installed. These dialogs include the Install Check Wizard Bean Condition as a default condition, with the Check Names property set to the specific checks that need to be performed for each particular dialog. While some of these checks can be performed without the aid of these dialogs by adding this condition to any dialog or action, the dialogs can be used to display a custom message at run time regarding any failed check(s).
