The Condenser Dynamic Suite project type creates a suite installation that can be installed and/or condensed. The suite consists of prebuilt InstallShield 10.5+ Universal assemblies (assembly.dat files) that have been built to include an associated productRef.inf file.

This project type can also be built as an assembly. Its condensing functionality, however, would be ignored at run time.

At run time, the end user has the option of doing one of the following:

Condensing the installation, resulting in a newly-built Dynamic Suite installation that contains only the assemblies that met the selected platform, locale, and/or feature criteria.
Installing the suite as it was originally built.

This project type automatically includes the following dialogs and actions in the Sequences view, which are all you need for a successful suite installation.. The dialogs and actions contained in the referenced assemblies can be displayed using strategically placed Assembly Category Reference actions.
